      -Independence -Create your own schedule

      Cons

      -Constant pressure from higher ups to admit admit admit without care for the hours their nursing team is working in order to maintain -Unclear leadership -Constant change of management leading to now stability

      Burnout

      Pros

      Working with the elderly population is enjoyable.

      Cons

      Layoffs, extreme lack of transparency, constant reactivity and change. Never really feeling safe or confident in your job security. Benefits are not good.

      Supervisors worked really hard to work with my part time, variable schedule. Very understanding and worked alongside us, as well.

      Sometimes work was gross or physically difficult.
