      Pros

      Everyone at Lifespark is here to change health care for seniors. The mission is clear and people work hard every day to care for those we serve. We challenge the status quo, get scrappy, but also are driving towards how we build a system to care for as many seniors as we can.

      Cons

      There are a lot of moving parts and priorities to keep straight. It feels like a lot of the decision making happens between a small group of people rather than leveraging the expertise and experience of a broader group.

      Pros

      With 10+ years at Lifespark, I've seen tremendous change and evolution. The growth has brought so many more opportunities for many different roles and talents. It's amazing what can be accomplished with like-minded, passionate people who work together as a team. This is why people go into health care in the first place. I can't wait for Lifespark to be in more markets, helping so many more seniors live life on their terms.

      Cons

      The rapid pace and continued evolution can create gray areas. Transparent leadership helps address issues that are identified.

      Pros

      The mission to change how seniors age in this country is personal for me. I believe the work that our team is doing is innovative, exciting, but human-centered. Our team is given the opportunity to be creative, bold, and do whatever it takes to spark the lives of our seniors and their families. The stories we hear makes this job one of the most rewarding I've ever been a part of. Leaders may not always have the answer, but they are transparent, inspiring, and I feel confident that we are headed in the right direction.

      Cons

      Lifespark is no different than any other fast-moving company in health care or in any industry. With that boldness comes a piece of scrappiness and this work is never boring. Cons is probably more than feeling of a lot of work because you see the potential, you feel the tremendous growth, but we have to - seniors need us and that outweighs all of it.
