Pros

Supportive team environment and strong collaboration. It feels great to have a team respect your ideas and your hard work. Very Mission-driven work with opportunities to learn and grow. There are so many opportunities within Lifespark, if one path isn’t for you, there is something that you can shift into.

Cons

• Fast-paced environment (comes with the territory) & Like any growing organization, priorities can shift quickly. Sometimes communication isn’t always streamlined. But it’s gotten so much better.

Pros

Our clients and members are at the center of everything we do. Every idea, meeting, goal, and conversation comes back to our clients and members and how our work impacts them. This is the place for people passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and their loved ones!

Cons

Benefit costs may feel high compared to other companies, but coverage is good!

Pros

The people here are beyond friendly and always very helpful. We are recognized for our achievements and encouraged to share new ideas to help make it a better place.

Cons

It's stressful with the new reimbursement system, but we are overcoming that.
