We’re so sorry this was your experience. As a fast-growing company, periods of organized chaos may feel like dysfunction but they are necessary as we get clear and aligned to prepare for tremendous growth. We recognize that’s not for everyone. Our leaders, many who have 20+ years’ experience, strive to be transparent and communicate clear expectations. We also have a well-defined framework for setting expectations and communicating. Our company goals are clearly defined and how we will execute is shared throughout our teams. If there’s more we can do to close this gap for our people or this is related to specific teams, we would love to hear so we can learn and improve. Please reach out to our HR team at sparkon@lifespark.com.
The mission, who can't get behind improving the lives of seniors? People truly wanted to make a difference in their lives.
Cons
- Upper Management cares naught about any of the employees across the company. - Poor future outlook, they have no idea what they are doing and they have the wrong people leading the teams making decisions. - Upper Management often hides information and details from their employees, leaving everyone to feel panicked and worried - Current employees are left in the dark when it comes to upward mobility and new roles are not open to internal employees - Pay is consistently below market - Benefits are not competitive - Diversity is not a value - Culture and moral has deteriorated to completely toxic and sad over the years that I worked there
Great flexibility, benefits and great team (Engineering)
Cons
The head of Lifespark is a joke, very, very bad decision-making over and over. Multiple teams laid off, changing directions over and over, wasting money.
