People are nice Never work weekends

Cons

A lot of incompetent, under qualified people in high positions because they are connected Salary not competitive Only 1 to 2 promotions available within each position (not a good place to make a career) Company isn't innovative, upper management always has an excuse why not HR department is infuriatingly irresponsible No training, no room for growth No 401K matching, benefits ok Upper management is boys club, brag to co-workers when they hire someone "hot," hire people based on looks, dating and affairs flagrant in company, don't take their own jobs seriously, just waiting to retire and line their own pockets

Cons

Favoritism with lazy long turn employees that need to be fired. No disciplinary action plan. Management acts very immature in front of the workers. No long term plan for future. Lack of confidentiality

Coworkers are really nice and look out for one another. Workload isn't horrible at time. Free bagels on Fridays and corporate lunches on certain days.

Cons

My manager had no clue what she was doing. And they were in talks about hiring me full time (i was brought in as a temp) and she didn't fill me in. Didn't even tell me they were letting me go until two days before
