Cons

All about money and cut back the benefits and salary so staff left and then they could only recruit inexperience people. Management do not care, it isn all about keeping the owners happy The care is not safe and surprised there have not been more serious incidents

Cons

Not good with there staff, poor wages, pressure the staff for results with no real back up from the higher managers. Only one manager was fantastic and tried to help
