Making a difference to the lives of the people we support. Sleep ins available at £40 per night.

Cons

Poor management of services, including a lack of communication from management to ground level staff lack of support given to ground level staff e.g on call are often unreachable when required. Frequent issues with underpayment of staff

the service users are lovely

Cons

never get paid your full wage, disgraced management, exorbitant amounts of paperwork, bullies everywhere, shifts that last your entire lifetime and beyond. do not work for this company. there are so many better ones out there. the most awful thing is they never ever pay your wage right.
