      The administration is absolutely horrible to work with the communication is awful and people are not respectful of one another. It is not a safe area. I wouldn't work here.

      If you're highly invested in the academic aspect of teaching, this school will make it hard for you. Administrion sometimes can be too empathetic and pardons inexcusable behaviors.
