      Teachers who have an altruistic interest in helping another, more impoverished community will find themselves happy here (their work will have a lot of meaning)

      Cons

      If you're highly invested in the academic aspect of teaching, this school will make it hard for you. Administrion sometimes can be too empathetic and pardons inexcusable behaviors.

      Supportive of new ideas in the classroom.

      Cons

      Unless you are one of the director’s favorites you will never move up in the school. Too much push for a “family” environment. It’s toxic. Pay is low and unfair.
