Everyone at the company is very unified under the mission of "driving cultural change through liftable media." Company culture is very important to upper management, so much time and effort is spent on keeping employees informed. Managers are very focused on the individual and truly want you to succeed, so they give you creative freedom and provide time for you to cross-train in areas of interest.

Smaller company so some positions require you to wear many hats at once
