New and emergent technology, innovative thinkers, close to CalTrain, snacks in the office, free camera for employees
Cons
Workaholics will be happy here but otherwise it is a pressure cooker. Good people disappear without mention which affects morale. Pay below market rate.

Pros
Very interesting work, with great people (nice, knowledgeable, and hard working) at a nice location in downtown Palo Alto. Benefits are quite good for a startup, and the company really tries to take care of it's employees - recognition is always given, and the push for more performance always comes by example, and not by words alone.
Cons
It is at times hard to strike a reasonable work/life balance, but all is made easier when one is working on something one likes, and everyone at Light is passionate about what we do!
