      Pros

      Stock options Offers typical benefits, 401K, insurances, PTO, etc.

      Cons

      Hybrid schedule was changed from 2 days in office and 3 days remote when I started to 4 days in office and 1 day remote. I guess CEO/upper management think this is for the better. Insurance premiums are very high. 401K matching is low, 2%. Compensation compared to like roles in the area are on the lower side. Some departments are afraid of change. Why invest in an advanced ERP system when you do not utilize it to its fullest. Recently there has been very high turnover.

      Pros

      -Work environment is in a lab facility and very casual and friendly -Manufactures optical products -Cross train supportive and will train motivated individuals -Pays decent for entry level production positions

      Cons

      -Small company, no room for promotions. There is you(production) and upper management. Lead and supervisor positions don't exist -NO BONUSES or HAZARD pay working during covid -They will not close even if several people have caught covid -Raises will depend on if the company had a good fiscal quarter, could go years without a raise

      Pay wasn't great in 2017, senior management has changed since then though.
