-Small company, no room for promotions. There is you(production) and upper management.
Lead and supervisor positions don't exist
-NO BONUSES or HAZARD pay working during covid
-They will not close even if several people have caught covid
-Raises will depend on if the company had a good fiscal quarter, could go years without a raise
