The co-workers and the kids.

Cons

Only seems to worry about the quantity of kids whether than the actual quality of care. Always out of ratio. Stressed and overworked teachers. Only one person from admin who ever helped in the classrooms.

the children are so bright and fun to work with the staff , some are there for the right reasons and make the days fun.

Cons

Office staff is HORRIFIC to work with ! Favoritism is shown without a care ! The center director doesn’t listen to what you have to say, the assistant director there now does not like / complains about autistic children! The center director LIES and will only cover up more lies ! They allow staff to be in their phone all day but will come down on the ones who actually follow the rules and do their job ! They treat assistant teachers like they’re nothing but babysitters !
