Staff is welcoming, warm and educated! People go out of their way to help you learn the Lightbridge way and make you feel comfortable. Management steps in to help when needed and is willing to work with employees. Encourages employees to think outside the box and become a better teacher.

Cons

There are no healthcare benefits.

They kids are great. Coworkers are nice, most of them.

Cons

Old manger was hard to work with, a micromanager. Should be better now that I hear she’s gone. They tend to hire younger girls, maybe because they can be more passive.
