Pros

I have worked for this company for almost 5 years now. I have never felt more appreciated and loved anywhere else that I have worked. We truly are a family here. They stand by their core values and treat all of the families and staff members as if we were their own family. The staff here has become family to me, and most have been here with me for all of the 5 years here. This company allows you to grow, and become your best self.

Cons

The benefits are very good, 401 k (where they match up to 5%), great health benefits etc. but the initial annual salary can be higher.

Staff apprecitaion is A+, I love being appreciated for the hard work I do. I enjoy coming to work every day.

Cons

The only Con I can think of is the distance the location is from my house but I wouldn't give that up because I am very happy there.
