One of the best reasons to work at Lightbridge Academy are all the compliments and all the accolades that you get from your superiors. Another reason is when the children say things to confirm that what you taught them was received and they learned something new! The laughter through the hallways make me feel as though I am important and I matter to the children I teach. When I am having one of those days that I just need a pick me up, my co workers are there to give that to me. We are truly family and I love that! Overall, Lightbridge Academy is a second home for me!

I have been with Lightbridge for a little over three years and cannot say enough about the company. I was told from the beginning that there are advancement opportunities and that they love to see their staff succeed and blossom within. When I started three years ago, I left a job that I was at for 6 years and did not know what to expect. I started as an assistant teacher and was nervous to start over. The staff not only welcomed me with open arms, but I was given the necessary tools and training to grow. I am now an Administrative Assistant and love working with the staff and families to care for the children of our daycare. I definitely feel like I have a family at Lightbridge Academy in Cranford.
