They have a high turnover rate. Groups of 3 or more people will be hired and they do not last a month there. They are very strict when it comes to how classrooms are set up, they want the place to look neat and spotless at all times despite this being a daycare... with small children. The ratio for class sizes is does not meet the standards set by the government. New people are barely trained, they are thrown into the classrooms with little knowledge about rules. Everyone hired is expected to complete online training and go through background checks. They are not supposed to be allowed in classrooms until these things are completed but new hires were placed in classrooms before they received any proper training because they are so short staffed. Every little mistake is berated. Having a toy block on the floor, having a sweater show inside of a cubby, and so much more. The days are long and the pay is not enough for all that they ask for.
