Opportunities to grow within the company to better yourself and your net worth. Many training opportunities, employee tuition reimbursment, competitive health benefits, and good wages. Safety is always first. Great diversity training sessions.

Cons

You need to be a team player. I can imagine it's hard if you are not a team player.

Sick days came out of PTO (??) which was pro-rated, so even though they offered 21 days PTO/year, you only earned 1.75 days per month. Facilities were ancient and still aging.
