room for horizontal growth as well as vertical growth

Pros

- If my strength points me to a different department, I can move over fairly easily if there is a need in the other department! - management treats everyone fairly and supports growth - great perks/benefits! - good flexibility for working from home

Cons

Haven't experienced any downsides other than wanting to work more hours and not being able to!
