Often confused with other Lighthouses nationwide. (See other Glassdoor reviews.) Older organization so things can take a long time to get completed.

Very diverse wiorkforce, they hire only blind employees because they want to support blind people and provide them employment.

Cons

Limited resources due to non-profit status. Can be difficult to get the necessary resources to do job.
