Pros

Skilled designers and developers. People did try.

Cons

Negative outlook, focussed on shiny clients with no money. Too forgiving of unprofessionals.

Pros

The growth and work exposure potential is good for entry level undergrads and younger professionals. Lightmaker is probably a good place to start off your career, but after a few years, you probably want to move on to somewhere more established or with a better revenue share model. Good talent though, just not very experienced.

Cons

While the work was cool, I just felt stretched thin on resources and budget. And if you have considerable experience working in Fortune 500 companies and larger, the compensation and benefits package is not very competitive. Basically, they're a bit cheap here, and thus need to hire younger, less experienced talent.
