      Pros

      - always something different happening that you can get involved with to learn new skills and expand in to new areas - very approachable and knowledgable team - strong ownership culture, so you get to be heavily involved in product decisions and can carry things from zero to one - great benefits (e.g. very supportive of parental leave)

      Cons

      Being a startup the potential upside is huge but needs hard work to pull off. So that can involve long hours and require a high level of dedication.

      Pros

      Great environment for experienced engineers. Very fast paced startup. Engineers here have great opportunities for taking on product ownership and work on a wide variety of things. Coworkers are really talented, humble and nice engineers.

      Nothing really, sometimes a little bit chaotic but nothing out of the ordinary.
