      Cons

      You need to be able to pivot and adjust - this is an early stage startup. Not everyone thrives in this type of environment. Many roles have a hybrid / partial onsite requirement so not for those who want to work remote 100% of the time

      Pros

      Technically challenging environment. You can pursue a large number of various technical challenges and build up your own skill sets.

      Cons

      This organization and leadership are very political and very toxic. You are better off remaining an unknown entity to the executive level else you will have a target on your back. Lots of 'feel good' public messaging but that is only for show. Executive leadership is more concerned with obedience of the employees than building a healthy business.
