Where do I even start? After a weird interview process full of strange logic puzzles (hey, I was desperate for a job), I was hired as a consultant. From the beginning this company was full of red flags. Some of the highlights: Toxic work culture that normalizes working and being available at any hour (including rotating taking 24/7 call weeks, with no additional compensation), really bad management (I.e 25 year old managers with no management experience), unclearly defined work duties and structure of the organization, really bad benefits and low pay, getting promoted is as difficult and random as designing a spaceship while painting the Mona Lisa and singing opera simultaneously. In conclusion, working at LB was worse than playing leap frog with a unicorn.

Where do I start.... LB was based in SF pre-covid and was acquired by PerfectServe. Since then, this role has become ALOT more corporate. KPIs, tracking your activity, timesheets, tyrant managers and firing at will. A lot of the reviews here are biased because LB tells their employees to post reviews on there. You will age here rapidly, the software gives you aneurisms. Career growth is limited. All employees here on not happy and for reason. They through you to the dogs and fire you if you fail. I have seen them fire more friends because they received an unreasonable work load. Talent has depreciated since acquisition. Upper management consists of members from the parent company who do not understand the role or the software. Unless you are desperate for work do not come here.
