- bad management - nepotism - manager threatened to fire whole department - toxic work environment - feels bad to work on a product which spy on students

Pros

Company technology is very Saas-focused so if you want to work on cloud based solutions this is a good place to work.

Cons

Very task-based management keeps developers very busy and time starved. Everybody is too busy to help. Also, the company is very stingy on stock and bonuses so if you apply get your package during the negotiation. You will probably end up leaving after a year or two to be able to jump up to the next level of compensation.
