Poor Execution Leads to High Turnover

Pros

LOTS of MANDATORY training - which goes both ways. Some key support roles are in place.

Cons

Training does not consider current project/role expectations - you have to accomplish both, regardless MULTIPLE Corporate boxes to be checked, often without rhyme, reason or substance Org chart is an upside-down pyramid - 4 to 1 at best
