short loads of work, routine job without so many challenges, working hours, good management, healthy environment, not too much headaches

Cons

minimum level of salary compared to other similar manufacturing companies, there is not any benefits, not any challenges and there is not any room to get promotes, so weak learning system as you cannot learn anything
