Easy job... Defined schedule... If you get on an easy machine, it's really not that bad

Cons

Schedule is pretty inflexible and if you get stuck on a machine you don't like, that could be a bad thing

Since Linamar is such a large corporation they make a great effort to treat employees well.

Cons

This depends greatly on where you are located. Some people get stuck with poor supervisors, which would suck.

Easy position. If all you want is to come to work, do the same job every day, then go home, this is for you. Paid overtime after 40 hours is nice.

Cons

The company expects 6 days a week. Can be difficult to learn your position as most people are not fluent in English. Opportunities to advance exist, but it takes a long time if you don't know any body in management.
