      Good place to learn about automotive industry and various manufacturing processes

      Cons

      low pay, bad management, toxic environment. The company is very cheap in anything. Many of the management members are incompetent. The work is very redundant. If you want to be a real engineer, look elsewhere.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to learn, although amount of knowledge you can gain is limited. Always need to hire external people to do root cause analysis because people arent ver techinical.

      Cons

      Lots of negative trade off for saving cost Everything is done based on trial and error instead of analysis and comparing directions to take Very hard to implement a change, stuck in there ways, get ignored easily
