Hot as hell management sucks HR sucks overall crappy place to work. Only the people who suck up get promoted

Felon friendly. No chance for growth unless you are buddies with the lead/supervisor

Cons

Never know from week to week what you will work. Raises are minimal and yearly. They dont even cover the cost of living.

Everything low pay no a/c work you to death no accountability no quality control parts would rust because of no climate control would not by a car with their parts in them
