The shop floor work force are awesome

Cons

Diversity and management has ruined the company and made a lot of good workers leave . Different rules for different people . Thinking of leaving myself had about enough of lies and not being listened to because a picture seems to know better over experience . Health and safety doesn't exist no more neither does cleanliness .
