The location is accessible by public transportation. Safety of workers is priority

Cons

Poor leadership/management - many of the people in these positions lack training. Salaries for office staff are way below market rate. Very toxic work environment.

Good CTC and hike given during joining

Cons

Lot of part of CTC put in variable which is not received monthly and if received 60% only. Taking or asking for leave is crime....Even no public holidays given disturbing work life balance.
