Some nice people. I have nothing else nice to say about my time in this hell.

Cons

Dirty Hot Horrible treatment of employees Lower than standard pay No communication between departments Office workers completely out of touch with what the plant environment is like. In the few years I was there, no less than 5 long-term employees had some form of mouth, throat or lung cancer. Worst place I have ever worked.

Pros

Great work environment. The driveline group is a fun and exciting place to be, and people look forward to being there. The co-workers are generally nice and have lots of experience.

Cons

The raises are minimal, vacation is hard to get, and the company treats the engineers and salary employees the same way they treat line workers. For an innovation center, there is lots of room for improvement. They often ask you to work long hours with no compensation.

Cons

Growing pains typical of any company with seeing this type of unusually fast growth. Work life balance is impacted by need for overtime during this high demand period.
