Lots of opportunities to learn. You're kind of thrown in so figuring it out become easy. I like that you're not really micro managed. You can do your job.

Cons

You can do your job but they tend to shy away from new and forward thinking ideas, especially if it costs money. Growth and development seems to be for a select few people. It's unfortunate because they lose some really great talent because of this.

Best medical insurance ever (BCBS), beautiful campus with perfect place to walk/exercise, very good wages for many people

Cons

no air-conditioning in any of the plants; expect to work more than 5 days a week; must have a flexible schedule; only value long-time employees who can do no wrong
