      Experience - it looks good on a resume.

      Cons

      Everything. CEO embarrasses company by flying on private plane during a pandemic, upper management is old and stuck to old ways. They’ll work you go the bone and expect free overtime on salary. You’re probably like me reading these reviews thinking they’re dramatic but they’re not. If this is your first job or you’re looking for experience, look elsewhere.
