Pros

Co-workers are decent people. Usually nice.

Cons

Willfully ignorant, spineless management. Almost all of the senior management are suck-up yes men. There's only a few who have the backbone to say, "no." to those above them. I've never seen a place so full of butt-kisser, yet somehow backstabbing managers. Dolly Parton said it best, "... it's a rich man's game, and they never give you credit.". Expect to work 7 days a week because management doesn't care about you or anything you need, and worships the almighty dollar.

Pros

The pay is somewhat decent.

Cons

Dishonest company. Overworked employees. Constant safety hazards. Company says they hire within but will interview you and leave you hanging for a job after telling you that you are the most qualified, then you find out three weeks later they had already hired outside help before they even interviewed you. Won’t give you any time off. Not even one day a week. And if you do get the time off it has to be requested a month in advance. But most of the time they don’t stick to their word. Management breathes down your neck. Machine set up is constantly being changed because they have no idea how to efficiently run machines. No consistency between leadership. No one communicates. Are not friendly to family emergencies. And when they do let you go for an emergency you get written up for it anyways. Literally watched a man have a diabetic seizure on the floor one night and had an ambulance called on him. Was told he could go home but he would be written up for leaving so he stayed and worked the rest of his shift. 30 min lunch and 15 min break for entire 12 hr shift. 7 days a week. Constantly told you would be going to 5 days a week but it never happens. Hard to respect leadership when you have to work 7 days a week with no time off and no leniency towards your family life but leadership is taking off all the time they want.
