Very stressful environment, horrible planning and terrible project deadlines, politics in everything No recognition and respect for the hard work, skills and experience do not matter, raise/promotion is purely reference based No work hours flexibility, mandatory overtime every weekend and each day, they expect you to work as high as 72/hrs per week and every week Below average pay and normal benefits Horrible higher management No social and personal life, your all time belongs to them
