Pros

Good family values. Pay is decent if your not a operator.

Cons

Terrible management. Most people that want to be here quit after a couple years. Supervisors force operators to work overtime even over 48hrs. Mostly people new to country, they threaten to fire them, if they don't work, there by destroying any chance they have to be in Canada and get a citizenship. People don't even need highschool, only need to be 16 years old. Setup team is getting smaller, and it's very hard to do your job when everyone has either never seen a machine or has never even been to school, as New comers can't even spell in there own language. It is extremely stressful.
