      ·Long hours ·Required over time (all the time) ·Little to no advancement opportunities ·Low pay ·Consant fear of losing your job to some one they can pay less ·Sever lack of employee appreciation ·Employee are treated as a disposable resource ·Unsafe work environment -heat (90°+ with no AC) -chemicals -unsafe sound levels -unmantained machines ·Not a job for people with familes ·Random unpaid "shut downs" throughout the year ·Terrible location (dense traffic from every direction adds 30+ mins to your commute) ·high production demand mean your work a month with no days off ·low production demand means you'll be laid off
