      No limit to your growth as long as your dedication is always professional. Goals can be achieved by demonstration of capabilities. No easy button to promotions.

      Cons

      Relocation assignments regular. A stronger adherence to the performance rating personnel without biases. Top performer's should be rewarded. This is not always the case.
