- Countless opportunities for advanced within the company due to the many different plants in Guelph. - Hands on experience in a manufacturing and automotive setting. - Great way to gain interpersonal skills from the administrative work, cooperative meetings, and fast-pace working environment.

Experiences at other plants could be vastly different. - You feel like family - Management is supportive and engaged - Excellent opportunities for junior engineers to demonstrate their skills - Great place to start a career - Excellent career advancement if you are open to doing different things in different places

Cons

- Having multiple, contrasting responsibilities is part of doing a complete job - Benefits (vacation, etc) could be better, and stock options would be motivational - Pay can be better
