      Pros

      Good opportunity to learn additional skills. If you can play their game, you can advance.

      Cons

      Long hours and advancement is more often based on who you know rather than want you know. Especially true of plant management which is an "old boys club". If you start in a poor plant, work six months and transfer to a better plant.

      great place for learning, supportive colleagues, some fun social events, you can do lots of overtime if you want, some opportunity for employee advancement and growth

      Cons

      low pay compared to other companies in the same industry, stressful and hectic environment, long working hours, mandatory overtimes, it is hard to keep a balance between work and life

      Pros

      It's a clean environment, good management. Everyone there is very friendly. The pay is great. Good work environment. There is always overtime.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is too much hours to work. Sometimes there is a lot of pressure on production per day or per week. Breaks are short.
