Lots of overtime, good opportunities to learn

Cons

lot of favoritism at plant level. Management is not fair to everyone. Less work and life balance while doing overtime, some times 6 days mandatory

So far they have left benefits pretty much untouched as they have similar policies. They have been investing in improvements for new business growth. The transition period is still on going.
