I personally started from zero, even experience wasn't there. As operator company give me opportunity to grow with. Initially as operator, than lead hand, set up technician and so on. All as connected with free training and free school in Conestoga College.

Cons

There is opportunity to grow with company, get fear benefits, steady and safe job a lot of overtime if you need it. free school, training provided A challenges are customer demands, high pace of work, a lot of new job launches, new technologies, machines.

The people are great. Management is great as well.

Cons

Salary does not match job works. Slow growth the only way to increase your salary significantly is to get out of the company and transfer to another one.
