Great co-workers, interesting and challenging workload, good benefit package

Cons

Poor communication, ineffective managers, employee performance metrics leading to advancement is a mystery and subject to individual interpretation, company leadership tried to do too much too quickly and got caught spending too much on expansion and then subsequently couldnt pay their own employees and did a huge layoff.
