      - Wide variety of customers and many exciting projects to work on in the field of automotive electrification and powertrain development - New modern facility - Lots of opportunities to grow and advance your career - Positive work environment and upbeat culture - Management allows engineering to "own" our projects and allows us to drive many key design decisions. - Management shields employees from politics so we can focus on what we do best. - Like working for a start-up with the funding of a large corporation! - Hard work and ambition is rewarded - Knowledgeable workforce and great team atmosphere

      Cons

      - Projects tend to come in waves so sometimes workload can be overwhelming and requires a lot of overtime but balances out with some slower periods every once in a while. - Some customers are difficult to work with.

      Co-workers are decent people. Usually nice.

      Willfully ignorant, spineless management. Almost all of the senior management are suck-up yes men. There's only a few who have the backbone to say, "no." to those above them. I've never seen a place so full of butt-kisser, yet somehow backstabbing managers. Dolly Parton said it best, "... it's a rich man's game, and they never give you credit.". Expect to work 7 days a week because management doesn't care about you or anything you need, and worships the almighty dollar.
