You’ll have a job and get paid.

Cons

Don’t do it. Good ol boys club, almost 90 degrees daily, they don’t care about their workers at all. Clique for all of upper management so don’t even try to move to another department or get a promotion unless you’ve worked at Borg Warner with the GM.
