      - benefits packages are competitive - adequate 401(K) options - strong sense of community with other line workers

      Cons

      - misinformed / uncommunicative managements - rapid turnover rates / misleading overtime pay opportunities - workers are requested to work long hours with breaks being ignored due to extreme heat conditions and air quality - lack of consistent manpower has lead to rapid turnover and hostile work environments - workers were laid off with no notice / hours were reduced with less than 48 hours notice. - unorganized training and skill matrices - low moral due to workers feeling ignored, and are afraid of retaliation from floor supervisors.
