Poor leadership/management - many of the people in these positions lack training. Salaries for office staff are way below market rate. Very toxic work environment.

Not much growth , they don't value the potential

Seems like management haven't had much management training. There's quite the blame culture too where more recent staff will be thrown under the bus when the proverbial hits the fan. I have witnessed this first hand. Also a certain degree of favouritism where some are rewarded for very little and some ignored after doing a lot or generally just treated differently. Quite a few of the staff have been there for a long time and there's no chance of progressing. Those older staff also get preferential treatment so prepare yourself for that

Plenty of work related stress - but that doesn't mean it's a con.

Short staffed. No investment in the employees training and development.

Organization culture may not be as desired

Work with lot of noise and dust

Pay isn't the best No sickdays

No training plan and no real room for improvement
